Waterfront Garland House has 12 foot ceilings and large rooms. On the main floor there is a brand new Chef's Kitchen open to a sitting room with fireplace and a dining table for 8. The new sitting area with couch and chairs overlook the harbor and beach. Additionally, there is a separate Living Room with a couch and chairs providing comfortable seating to watch the flat screen TV with extensive cable service. There is WIFI throughout.

The NEW Kitchen/Family Room is fully equipped (Dishes, Silverware, Pot Pans ), toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a wine/beverage refrigerator.

The back garden and wrap around deck overlooks the Trinity Beach and Trinity Harbor with outdoor seating. A magnificent view with the water and beach no more than 20 steps away!!! An amazing location and view of the Harbor and Mackerel Point.

For chocolate lovers, Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop is part of the house at a separate entrance, right out the front door...!!! Perfect for after dinner your morning jolt.. (Now serving fresh locally roasted Expresso and Cappuccino from 10 a.m.). 

Whale Watching, Kayaking, Iceberg Tours, Hiking, Fishing are all available nearby.
